Concurrently, Rongrong (Rita) Jiang, a seasoned professional with a diverse background in finance and venture capital, was appointed to fill the vacancy on the Board and its committees, including the Nominating and Governance Committee, where Donghong Xiong will take over as Chairman. Ms. Jiang’s extensive experience and financial literacy, recognized by her CFA charter and independent status, align well with the company’s standards and strategic direction.
