On May 30, 2025, Baiya International Group Inc. held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, where significant changes to the company’s share structure were approved. The authorized share capital was increased from US$50,000 to US$180,000, allowing for the creation of 1,600,000,000 Class A ordinary shares and 100,000,000 Class B ordinary shares, with the latter having twenty votes per share.
