Bairong Inc. has announced the grant of 1,168,500 share options to an employee under the 2024 Share Scheme, constituting about 0.28% of the total Class B Shares issued as of the grant date. These options, exercisable over a ten-year period, will vest in tranches between 2026 and 2028, with no performance targets required for their vesting. The exercise price is set at HK$11.276 per share, pegged to the highest of several recent valuations.
