BAIOO Family Interactive ( (HK:2100) ) has issued an update.
BAIOO Family Interactive has renewed its WeChat Pay service arrangement with Tencent Group via a new 2026 Guangzhou Baitian – WeChat Pay Service Agreement, under which Tencent’s Tenpay unit will continue to provide payment-related services, including payment channel services for BAIOO’s customers, from 24 February 2026 to 23 February 2027, with fees charged at Tenpay’s published rates as a percentage of transaction value. As Tencent holds about 11.37% of BAIOO’s issued share capital, the renewed agreement is classified as a continuing connected transaction under Hong Kong listing rules; the deal, when aggregated with a similar agreement signed within the past 12 months, remains small enough to require reporting, annual review and public announcement but is exempt from circular and independent shareholders’ approval, allowing BAIOO to maintain seamless payment infrastructure while keeping compliance obligations relatively light.
The most recent analyst rating on (HK:2100) stock is a Hold with a HK$0.39 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on BAIOO Family Interactive stock, see the HK:2100 Stock Forecast page.
