BAIOO Family Interactive has announced the renewal of their service agreement with Tencent Group for WeChat Pay services, effective from June 29, 2024, to June 28, 2025. The transaction falls within reporting and review requirements but does not necessitate shareholder approval. This continuation solidifies the company’s relationship with Tencent, which holds an approximate 11.35% interest in BAIOO’s total issued share capital.
