Baillie Gifford European Growth Trust PLC GBP (GB:BGEU) has released an update.

Baillie Gifford European Growth Trust PLC has announced the buyback of 75,000 of its own ordinary shares at a price of 89.60p each, which will be held in Treasury. Following the transaction, the total number of shares held in Treasury stands at 51,160,411, leaving 351,283,279 shares in issue. This buyback could impact shareholders’ calculations for notifying interest changes under the FCA’s rules.
