Bailador Technology Investments Limited has reported a change in Director Andrew Bullock’s interest in the company, with an acquisition of 7,376 ordinary shares through the dividend reinvestment plan, bringing his total indirect holdings to 253,378 shares in the Bullock SMSF and maintaining 205,211 shares in the Bullock Family Trust. The shares were valued at $8,364, and the transaction did not occur during a closed period requiring prior written clearance.
