Badlands Resources Inc., also known as Mineral Mountain Resources, has announced the cancellation of a private placement that was previously publicized in early February. The company, which has been conducting advanced exploration in South Dakota’s Black Hills since 2012, focuses on discovering a significant Homestake-style gold deposit. Over $13 million USD has been invested in their Rochford Gold Project, located near the historic Homestake Mine, utilizing cutting-edge technology and an expert technical team.
