Bacui Technologies International Ltd. has announced a significant rights issue, offering three new shares for every one held, while receiving a waiver from the Securities Industry Council. This waiver exempts Xinlong Investment Holding and its affiliates from the obligation to make a mandatory takeover offer post-rights issue, contingent on shareholder approval at an upcoming EGM. Shareholders are to vote on the proposed rights issue and the waiver, with Xinlong and related parties abstaining from the vote.
