BacTech Environmental has secured a deal to vest a 10% stake in its innovative ‘zero-waste’ patent for bioleaching pyrrhotite and pyrite tailings, attracting a Cdn$100,000 investment. This funding will help advance the technology to full patent status and support the design of a demonstration plant, potentially transforming waste into valuable products and addressing environmental concerns in Sudbury, Canada.
