Baby Bunting Director’s Shareholding Update

Baby Bunting Group Ltd. (AU:BBN) has released an update.

Mark Teperson, a director of Baby Bunting Group Limited, has updated his interest in the company’s securities, acquiring 155,763 fully paid ordinary shares through the exercise of vested rights. Prior to this change, Teperson held no ordinary shares but had a total of 612,980 performance rights. Post transaction, his indirect holding includes 155,763 ordinary shares and a reduced number of 311,526 rights.
