B90 Holdings PLC has disclosed that its Executive Chairman, Ronny Breivik, has increased his stake in the company by purchasing 33,000 ordinary shares at 3.35 pence each. Following this transaction, Breivik’s total ownership amounts to approximately 7.05% of B90’s issued share capital. This strategic market purchase reflects a direct and indirect strengthening of Breivik’s investment in the online marketing and gaming operation firm.
