Prospector Metals Corp. has announced a significant equity investment by B2Gold Corp., with B2Gold to purchase over 5.5 million shares, representing a 9.9% stake in Prospector. The investment, totaling approximately $909,000, will fund exploration and development of Prospector’s ML Project in the Yukon. A Technical Committee, including a nominee from B2Gold, will be established to guide the project’s progress.
