B & S International Holdings Ltd. has announced proposed amendments to its existing articles of association to align with the new paperless regime of the Listing Rules effective from December 31, 2023, and other housekeeping changes. The amendments will be subject to shareholder approval at the 2024 AGM, and if passed, the updated articles will become effective immediately.
