B.P. Marsh & Partners plc has completed a share buyback transaction, purchasing 5,272 of its ordinary shares at a uniform price of 559p per share, which will be held in Treasury. Following this transaction, the company’s total issued share count stands at 37,288,000, with the Treasury holding 132,207 shares. This buyback is a part of the Share Buyback Programme initiated by the company earlier in June 2024.
