B.Duck Semk Holdings International Limited has announced a further delay in the distribution of a circular initially expected by June 28, 2024, now postponed to a date no later than August 15, 2024. The circular is set to contain details on new share issues and continuing connected transactions, including recommendations from the Independent Board Committee. This delay is due to the need for additional time to prepare and finalize pertinent information for shareholders.
