The latest announcement is out from AZZ (AZZ).
AZZ Inc. has appointed Jason Crawford as the new Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective June 3, 2024. Crawford, previously with AZZ’s subsidiary Precoat Metals, brings expertise to the role and will receive a pro-rata annual bonus, equity awards, and a special sign-on equity award. Additionally, he is entitled to a severance plan and will be aided by his predecessor, Philip Schlom, to facilitate a seamless transition.
