In a significant update from Azure Minerals Limited, Director Mr. Anthony Rovira has sold his entire stake in the company, comprising both direct and indirect shares, at a price of $3.70 per share. This disposal is connected to the company’s acquisition by SH Mining Pty Ltd through a scheme of arrangement. Prior to the sale, Rovira held over 6.4 million direct shares and around 113 thousand indirect shares in Azure Minerals.
