This change, approved by Azul’s Board of Directors, aligns with the mandatory auditor rotation policy and follows a competitive selection process where Grant Thornton offered the most compelling technical and commercial benefits. The airline, well-known for its extensive flight network and on-time performance, ensures that the outgoing auditor Ernst & Young is fully informed regarding the transition.
