Aztec Minerals Plans Warrant Expiry Extension

Aztec Minerals Corp (TSE:AZT) has released an update.

Aztec Minerals Corp. is set to extend the expiry date of over 11 million share purchase warrants, pending approval from the TSX Venture Exchange. These warrants, connected to a private placement from June 2022, allow holders to buy shares at $0.40 each, and their expiry is proposed to extend to December 2025. Aztec is notably involved in mineral exploration projects in Mexico and Arizona, with shares traded on the TSX-V and OTCQB.
