Azeus Systems Holdings Ltd. has announced the appointment of Mr. Pan Kit Kuan as a new Independent Director, following Mr. Chan Ching Chuan’s retirement. Taking effect from 20 September 2024, Mr. Pan will also serve as Chairman of the Nominating Committee and a member of both the Audit and Remuneration Committees. The company affirmed Mr. Pan’s independence according to the SGX-ST Listing Manual rules, ensuring a seamless transition in its leadership structure.
