Axis Auto Finance Inc. has completed the sale of its auto finance business for approximately $78 million. The proceeds will be used to repay senior debt and fund redemption payments for convertible debentures. With no remaining active business, Axis is expected to be delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange.
