Axelspace Holdings Corp. ( (JP:402A) ) has provided an update.
Axelspace Holdings said its subsidiary Axelspace Corporation has signed a multi-year service contract with Pale Blue Inc., a Japanese developer of propulsion systems for small satellites, to conduct an in-orbit demonstration of Pale Blue’s fast-start Hall thruster using the AxelLiner Laboratory (AL Lab) service in 2027. Although the contract value is undisclosed for confidentiality reasons, the company expects revenue from the project—recognized over the life of the contract under the percentage-of-completion method—to account for more than 10% of consolidated net sales for the fiscal year ending May 2026 compared with the prior year, a sizeable contribution that has already been factored into existing earnings guidance and is not expected to materially alter its current financial forecast.
