Paul Andrew George Dickson, a director at Axel REE Limited, has increased his indirect stake in the company through an on-market purchase of 175,000 ordinary shares at a total consideration of $17,875.00. This transaction, carried out on August 22, 2024, boosted the total number of shares held by Ricketts Point Investments Pty Ltd in the Dickson Family Fund A/C to 370,000 shares, while maintaining the 2,050,000 performance rights and his wife’s 10,000 shares unchanged.
