The company also confirmed the upcoming consolidation of its common shares, with a ten-to-one ratio, set to take effect on May 21, 2024. Post-consolidation, the total number of issued and outstanding shares will be approximately 2,181,124, with the company’s name and trading symbol remaining unchanged.
