AXCAP VENTURES INC. successfully held its annual general meeting, resulting in the unanimous re-election of its directors and approval of key resolutions. These resolutions included the appointment of Manning Elliott LLP as auditors and the approval to issue up to 70 million common shares and warrants for a private placement.
