AXCAP Ventures Eyes Major Gold Project Acquisition

Netcoins Holdings Inc (TSE:AXCP) has released an update.

AXCAP VENTURES INC. has announced its intention to acquire an Ontario Corporation leading to the indirect ownership of a 100% stake in a USA-based advanced stage gold project. The acquisition involves a preliminary cash payment of CAD$500,000, a subsequent CAD$1,500,000 payment, and the issuance of 10 million company shares to the gold project’s original owners. The deal is subject to conditions including due diligence, regulatory approvals, and the completion of AXCAP’s current financing.
