AXCAP Ventures Inc. has announced a $10 million non-brokered private placement involving 50 million special warrants at $0.20 each. The funds will be used to boost their investment portfolio in mineral exploration and other corporate purposes. Closing of the offering is expected around November 4, 2024, pending necessary approvals.
