AXCAP VENTURES INC. has reached a definitive agreement to acquire Converse Acquisition Company, which has a 100% interest in a Nevada-based advanced stage gold project. The deal includes an initial cash payment along with future payments and a share issue upon closing of the transaction and a subsequent offering. The completion of the acquisition is contingent upon certain conditions, including regulatory approvals and a minimum offering of C$4 million by AXCAP.
