AWC AS is considering the acquisition of approximately 1.2% of Protector Forsikring ASA through a potential block purchase of about 1 million shares, with the possibility of adjusting the final size of the offering. The transaction will be carried out via a reverse bookbuilding process where shareholders can offer their shares at their selected price, with the final price and volume to be determined at AWC AS’s discretion. The bookbuilding period starts on 16 September 2024 and is set to end on 18 September 2024, with potential adjustments to the timeline, and settlement is expected by 23 September 2024.
