Awale Resources Limited (TSE:ARIC) has released an update.

Awalé Resources Limited has successfully completed a C$11.5 million private placement, issuing over 18.5 million units to fund its project advancements in Côte d’Ivoire and for corporate purposes. The deal, which included common shares and warrants, was underwritten by Canaccord Genuity Corp. and entails a four-month hold period for the securities issued.
