Awalé Resources has announced a private placement deal to raise C$10 million by selling units at C$0.62 each, with options for underwriters to purchase additional units. The funds will enhance the company’s projects in Côte d’Ivoire, alongside general corporate purposes. The deal is expected to close by May 8, 2024, pending regulatory approvals.
