Awalé Resources Limited has announced an increase in the shareholder participation right following their April 17 news release. The update allows a current shareholder to potentially purchase up to 3,989,323 Units at $0.62 each, aiming to raise around $2.47 million. This offer is part of Awalé’s strategic effort to fund its exploration activities in Côte d’Ivoire, where it has made significant gold and copper-gold discoveries through a joint venture with Newmont.
