Avrupa Minerals Ltd. has announced the successful subscription of its $350,000 private placement, which will be used to fund exploration and drilling in Finland and provide working capital. The offering includes 10 million units, each consisting of a share and a purchase warrant, with the latter allowing the purchase of an additional share at a set price for 36 months.
