AVJennings Director’s Stock Holdings Update

Avjennings Limited (AU:AVJ) has released an update.

AVJennings Limited has disclosed changes in the interest of Director Philip Kearns AM, who now indirectly holds 3,541,648 Performance Rights after a recent acquisition and disposal. Kearns maintained his direct interest with 34,364 Ordinary shares, while the indirect interest saw a net increase despite forfeitures and cancellations due to vesting conditions and an incorrect valuation methodology.
