Ibstock (GB:IBST) has released an update.
Ibstock PLC has announced that Aviva PLC has adjusted its stake in the company, with its combined interest now at 5.21%, a change from the previous notification of 6.22%. The notification follows an acquisition or disposal of voting rights and financial instruments, resulting in Aviva PLC holding over 20 million voting rights in Ibstock. This threshold crossing occurred on June 14, 2024, and was officially reported to Ibstock PLC on June 17, 2024.
