Avista (AVA) has provided an announcement.
Avista Corporation’s CEO, Dennis P. Vermillion, is set to retire from his role and as a board member by the end of 2024. Heather L. Rosentrater, currently President and COO, will take over as the new CEO and board member starting January 1, 2025. Vermillion will assist in the transition as Executive Vice President and strategic advisor before his full retirement in early 2025. Details of Rosentrater’s CEO compensation will be finalized in the future.
