David Colin Wheeler, a director at Avira Resources Ltd, has significantly increased his stake in the company by acquiring 10,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares at $0.001 each and 5,000,000 unlisted options exercisable at $0.003, set to expire on June 30, 2027. These changes in director’s interests, stemming from his participation in the company’s placement as approved by shareholders, resulted in Wheeler’s indirect control over 5,000,000 shares and 2,500,000 options through both Pathways Corp Investments Pty Ltd and the Wheeler Super Fund A/C of Pathways Capital Pty Ltd.
