Avidian Gold Corp has successfully completed the sale of its Alaskan subsidiary to Contango ORE, Inc. for a total potential consideration of up to US$3.4 million, inclusive of cash and Contango common stock. The sale includes the promising Golden Zone and Amanita NE gold properties in Alaska, positioning Avidian to focus on its Nevada gold-copper project and explore strategic transformative opportunities.
