Ackermans & van Haaren NV (AvH) has invested an additional 5 million euros in Biotalys, an agtech company focusing on sustainable crop protection, increasing its stake to 15.4%. This investment is part of a 15 million euro private placement that will fund regulatory research and development of Biotalys’s biofungicide products, EVOCA™ and EVOCA NG. AvH’s co-CEOs expressed confidence in Biotalys’s growth, sustainable model, and market potential.
