Avenira Limited Appoints New Director Mo Yang

Avenira Limited (AU:AEV) has released an update.

Avenira Limited has announced the appointment of Mo Yang as a director of the company as of August 6, 2024. According to the initial director’s interest notice submitted to the ASX, Mo Yang currently holds no securities in the company either as a registered holder or beneficially. The notice also states that Yang has no interests in any contracts that would require disclosure under the Corporations Act.
