Avation PLC has appointed Peter Davis as a non-executive director, effective 26 February 2026, bringing significant aviation finance expertise to its board. Davis previously served as Head of Treasury at BOC Aviation from 2008 to 2022 and has more than three decades of experience in corporate finance, structured finance and aviation sector banking.

Executive chairman Jeff Chatfield said Davis’s background in debt funding, treasury management and capital markets will support Avation’s efforts to optimise its capital structure. The appointment is expected to strengthen the company’s financing capabilities as it continues to develop and grow its aircraft leasing platform globally.
