Avation (GB:AVAP) has released an update.
Avation PLC has announced a change in major shareholdings, with Milkwood Capital Limited acquiring additional voting rights, reaching a total of 4.7%. The transaction, crossing the threshold, took place on May 16, 2024, and increased Milkwood’s holding from the previous 3.4% to 3,341,000 voting rights in the company.
