Avation PLC Expands Equity and Adjusts Shares

Avation (GB:AVAP) has released an update.

Avation PLC has issued 60,000 new ordinary shares, raising £61,200 for corporate purposes, and plans to admit them to the London Stock Exchange. Concurrently, the company has cancelled 65,000 treasury shares, leaving a total of 70,878,124 ordinary shares and equal voting rights post-admission. These financial maneuvers are expected to take effect around June 27, 2024.
