Avation PLC reported that IG Markets Limited has altered its voting rights stake, reaching a total interest of 3.062438% through equity swaps, as notified on May 15, 2024. The change in shareholding occurred on May 14, and Avation was promptly informed the following day. IG Markets Limited is under the ultimate control of parent company IG Group Holdings plc.
