Avanti Helium Corp. has entered into an exclusive marketing agreement with The Edelgas Group, leveraging Edelgas’s extensive network and expertise in the industrial gases sector to promote and distribute Avanti’s helium products. The partnership is expected to enhance Avanti’s market presence and drive growth ahead of its targeted 2024 production start. Additionally, Avanti is issuing common shares to settle debts with service providers, aiming to conserve cash for its operations.
