Avanti Energy (TSE:AVN) has released an update.
Avanti Helium Corp. has successfully completed the final portion of its private funding round, securing a total of $550,000 by issuing 2,200,000 units, with CEO Chris Bakker purchasing a significant portion. Proceeds from this financial initiative will support the company’s helium exploration and development projects, as well as general corporate expenses.
