Avanti Gold Corp., a company focused on gold exploration and development, has announced an increase in its private placement offering from C$15 million to C$25 million, which has now closed due to oversubscription. This successful financing round, led by SCP Resource Finance LP and a syndicate of agents, will bolster Avanti’s financial position, enabling it to advance exploration and development at its flagship Misisi Project, which hosts the Akyanga gold deposit. The funds will be used for further exploration efforts and general working capital, with participation from insiders, institutional investors, and high net worth individuals.
