Valorem Resources ( (TSE:AGC) ) has shared an update.
Avanti Gold Corp., a gold exploration company focused on Africa, is advancing its flagship Misisi Project in the Democratic Republic of Congo, which hosts the Akyanga deposit with an inferred resource of 3.1 million ounces of gold. The project spans three long-term mining leases along the prolific Kibara Gold Belt, positioning the company within a key metallogenic province hosting significant gold deposits.
The company has engaged ICP Securities Inc., a Toronto-based CIRO dealer-member specializing in automated market making and liquidity provision, to provide market making services on the CSE using its proprietary ICP Premium algorithm. The arrangement, starting March 18, 2026, is designed to improve liquidity and address temporary imbalances in supply and demand for Avanti’s shares, with ICP acting at arm’s length, bearing its own trading costs, and receiving a fixed monthly cash fee with no equity-based compensation.
