Avanti Gold Corp. has expanded its gold exploration footprint by completing the acquisition of MTM Ltd., which holds prospecting rights in the gold-rich Kraaipan Greenstone Belt in Northwest South Africa. The deal enhances Avanti Gold’s portfolio with the addition of approximately 90 hectares in a promising, underexplored region. In exchange for acquiring MTM, Avanti Gold issued 29 million common shares to the vendors, with resale restrictions in place until October 2024.
